One of the valuable assets we will provide at the conclusion of the Agile Boot Camp is a full Agile Methodology knowledge base that you can keep on a pen drive, your computer or as a website. The OpenUp site is a scaled down version of the Agile method championed by IBM at the Eclipse Project. It includes Artifact examples, artifact templates, roles and responsibilities.
You will also receive the Seminar material in either pdf or ppt format. We have a series of digital books for you to download and we will walk through sample Professional Scrum Master exam questions and answers.
By the end of the program you will be well on your way to certification and be much more ready to participate in Agile Development projects.
